Skinny Levi's

Bought an ultra skinny Levi's yesterday. Well, it's what it says on the label. It fits nicely. The only thing is, it feels a bit loose on the waist although it is my size. I guess because it's ultra low rise too.

My New Makeup Brush Set

I got my new makeup brush set from simplynaturale.com recently. My first impression was, it was kind of smaller than I've expected. Then I felt through the bristles, they are oh-so soft. I like it. It felt so soft on the skin, like I'm being pampered or something. But if the brushes are larger, it would be better. But then again, what do I expect. It's after all suitable for travelling. That's just what I need as I travel every weekend.

It comes with a small travel pouch. Very convenient to bring around.

Oh, it cost me RM89.90.

My Nikon

I recently bought a compact digital camera for myself. Yups. I know other people have long got a digi cam of their own. And nowadays, the craze is all about DSLR. I mean you can really see all the bloggers are into photography nowadays. It's the '"in" thing. As for me, photography is not something that I'm crazy for. I won't be caught dead buying all of the expensive tools. As long as I can capture that precious moment in a photo, it's enough for me. So my budget was only RM500. Hehe.

Went to this camera shop. Browsed around for a while. I mean, what do I know about camera. No, I don't have much knowledge about it. But I do know I want a decent digital camera. So this lady seller suggested this Nikon S210 digital camera and discounted the price to RM550. The original price was RM599. Yeah, went over RM50 of my budget.
All in all, it was good for me. It has VR image stabilisation. Used it during my birthday celebration. Actually, I bought it a day before my birthday. I didn't have much time to explore the functions. Because of that, I didn't get to turn on the VR. It was turned off at the first place. Resulting in blurrness on some of my birthday pictures. Well, now that I know. I have turned it on. Sigh..
Anyways, I found this review on it. Obviously, it's not the latest. But I'm glad I finally can click away in an instant.

New Lodge

So, my colleague and I went up to this new lodge at Bundu Tuhan junction. It's just a few months old. According to the brochure, the name of the place is Puncak Borneo Resort. I sound like I'm not sure of the name huh. Cos they don't have any signboard outside the premis which makes it difficult for visitors to know that they exist. I guess they are working on it. My colleague was eager to have lamb chop. I just had sweet and sour chicken. Safe pick. Oh, I'm talking about the restaurant which is also in the building. They called it Panorama Cafe.
It was freezing cold just now. Just took a couple of pictures of the restaurant.

Yeah, the food was good. Didn't take the food pic. Forgot. Realised when it's already finished. Hehe. They're having promotion for the rooms until 30th April. The rates are between RM35 - RM180 during promotion. The real rates are RM40 - RM228. The rooms include deluxe, executive, single, family room, single superior and double bunk. I might want to give it a stay anytime.
Sorry, haven't visited the rooms yet.

I'm loving it. My fav fashion mag for the moment. To say it has lots of insights about fashion is an understatement. It's allll about fashion. It has been my reference for the latest trends this year. Very fashion forward indeed.
